High Heels & Performance Intensive was created in January 2020 as the first Polish workshops that combines High Heels with the holistic approach to dance.
When this style of dance was just starting to grow in Poland, we decided to introduce dancers to its mission and the power that comes with it.
We’ve already taught 350 dancers who have become istructors themselves. Our program is an inspiration for creating new organisations with similar mission which helped High Heels dance to grow in Poland.
We mostly work in the field of Mindfulness, holistic body training, performance (freestyle, video shoots, photo shoots, lectures and more), always taking care about providing feedback. This not only allows our students to gain essential knowledge but also tools which help them specifically in their work as professional dancers.
The first edition of EVOLVE took place in Warsaw in June 2022. We were amazed by the feedback that we got from you - the participants and our guests. As we hoped, it turned out to be a really helpful experience in your dance journey. This really made us want to do more and move forward. That is why the next edition of EVOLVE is already in the making!
Just like last time, EVOLVE 2023 is not only a dance workshop. We pay attention to the holistic approach to development of those who don’t dance professionally but want to evolve on the body-mind-soul level, and have created FEMINITY BOOST classes package.
